Navigation Paths
- Overview → Agency: Click an agency name in the table to view agency details

Metrics Explained
- Word Count: Total number of words in the regulation text
- Regulatory Burden Index (RBI): A measure of regulatory complexity calculated from word count and structural elements
- Parts: Major divisions within a title (e.g., 14 CFR Part 91)
- Sections: Individual regulation sections within parts
Tips
- All table headers with ⇅ symbols are sortable - click to sort ascending/descending
- In agency view, part rows are clickable and show a pointer cursor on hover
- The search bar is always accessible in the header for quick navigation
